I went to the URL (below) and tried some things out.

My 1972 Triumph TR-6 cost $3,000. Now it would only cost $15,000.
(Yeah, right: more like $28,000).

Started working in the computer industry in 1976 @ $4.00/hr.
When I retired in 2005 I should have been making $13.69/hr...

Still, it was fun to play with.
