Looking for  info on Ray Morrison of Illinois Bell   was into TTY  and also 
AZ also maybe w9grw   also did  work for deaf and  blind...
 
w9grw  was at one time owned by ray morrison in Illinois  can  someone give 
me a track on when he  got and  when he abdicated the  call sign?
