I've been in communication with the seller.  I gently suggested that 
amongst those who want Teletype equipment the interest  might be thin 
(and I suggested putting "Teletype" in the listing heading rather than 
just "teletypewriter"...which clearly came straight off the metal label 
on the front of the M15!).  They replied they were "try[ing] to market 
to the mass Antique collector as well." In other words, to people who 
are in the dark.  Not a bad move, and boy would we be surprised if 
somebody bit!
