Get some NON-Abrasive GO-JO hand cleaner and a stiff tooth brush (or  
better yet a "hospital brush" used for cleaning hands before  
surgery).  Apply Go-Jo and scrub a small area with the brush.  Wipe  
with paper towel, with windex if you like.  Repeat.  Then repeat.

See if that gets the gunk out.
