[GreenKeys] Model 37 manuals

A very kind soul has given me a notebook full of Model 37 BSP docs.
They'll go into my pile of TTY manuals to be scanned and put on-line,
but if you need a particular one or two. let me know and I'll move
them towards the top of the stack.
