[GreenKeys] Station Control Circuit

Does 81C1 and/or 81D1 Station Control Circuits ring any bells with anyone?

 

A 28 ASR that I have has quite a bit of 'documentation' that refers to these
designations in a number of places.  Most of it seems to be confusing at
this time.  I was hoping that it might become clearer if I knew what it was
all in reference too.
