[GreenKeys] Model 28 Keyboard What is this extra machinery?

Hi All



I have t 28's ASR and KSR



I just notice something different this evening, on the KSR there is some additional mechanism to the right, I have attached a photo to the email.  Can anyone tell me what this is?
