[GreenKeys] paper and tape feed

The paper feeds from the bottom because there is a bar across the rear of the platen with springs on it to take up the shock of a line feed.  Feeding the paper from the top defeats this bar.

The tape feeds off the top because if you feed a full roll off the bottom it has to make a quick turn to get around the plastic cover which can cause the tape to not feed.
