[GreenKeys] Kleinschmidt TT-98B

I just acquired a Kleinschmidt Teletypewriter TT-98B with the stand.  It 
needs a thorough cleaning and probably some repair/tweaking.   I have 
never tackled this type of restoration.

I need a Operating/Maintenance Manual for it.  Does anyone know where I 
could get one or a copy?  Also, given the choice of oils and greases 
commonly available, what oil and grease is appropriate for a teletypewriter?
