FYI:

Just returned from visiting Alex Black and looking at his various machines.
He is only 25 miles from my house. Machines originally came from the
Michigan School of the Deaf. They were in storage there for the past 20
years until Alex got them. No mice, not over oiled, no serious corrosion.
P.S. Alex is deaf and can only communicate via text message or email. Here
