[GreenKeys] GPE Schematic

Does anyone have a schematic for a GPE perforator? I've managed to get one rebuilt, a DC supply rigged, and it does what it's supposed to (keys trigger magnets, etc.) though it feels like there's a timing issue. It came with wiring that had to be replaced, and was incorrect for operation. There is a series RC circuit, with a 1/2 MFD Capacitor, and 100 ohm resistor free floating underneath, not connected. Any ideas?
Perhaps some sort of timing circuit?
