Thank you all for your great replies, information, and pictures. It looks like I won't have to go to the ends of the earth to find one of these, because just a few miles down are the people and resources of the Museum of Communications. "There's no place like home."

As I understand it, these do lower-case, and were used on early Unix and Multics systems?
