The latest glitch in ITTY was the fact that their server was not seeing the transmisasion, thus sending a NAK. 



I thank Tom Tillson for letting me know what was happening. 



Going to review the restaret capability of the system. 



THe "SALITY" virus was finally eliminated, and centurylink sent a thanks. Problem was in the laptop I use to monitor the modem configuration.
