[GreenKeys] Questions about some signals on the air.

These have been around for a long time. Easy to turn the signal into
binary, but I haven't seen where anyone has done any decoding from
there. The tools we have are poor. I was beginning to write some
better ones but my new job, and temporary move to a rental condo where
antennas are prohibited a few years back put that on long hold. First
step is symbol rate, then getting a good read on the data, then looking
for patterns and going from there.
