[GreenKeys] Teletype machine values...

OK  Rock on Garth!
 
actually  the  8 in that configuration  is pretty scarce.  and it is not an 
 8L it is an omnibuss machine  thus is an   E  M  or F  who  cares about 
the tty? they are  dime a  dozen but the  8 in that config....  oh my....  
 
if you understand the  entire picture  you   can  perceive the value.... if 
you see  just the tty...  yea  does not  look good..
 
I can not tell you how many hours  I spent  with  fingers on  toggles on 
the  front panel...  before   our   business   got pretty into HP  Minis... we 
built  part of  the empire on the old  pdp8!
 
In the museum we have ...
1st model   discrete   ser #18  with the  plexiglass surrounds!
 
we have PDP-S  which is a serial buss machine  uses   same  logic cards as  
first straight 8 bur SLOW!!!     20 microsecond  cycle  time  VS  1.5 MS  
cycle  time
 
we have a PDP8 F   omnibuss machine    the  machine  you see in  Don's 
comment, ebay listing but    yea...   that about  of  money would  buy a lot  of 
 food..
 
 
We have an extra  first model straight 8 in a rack mount  config  for trade 
  trade  I believe the  sn is in the  200's   it  would  take something 
really   profound  to  get it otherwise   keep it in  reserve in  case I  would 
need to do an offiste  display
