gotta love it... seems to have 8 lights that indicate the  punch  pattern!  
 
this  may  have been  for  a cnc   shop?    gosh  never  saw one  like ti

I was going through Southwest Liquidators back rooms and  found an
automated paper tape punch on a rack slated for recycling. I  talked
him into listing it (EPay 370793458493).

The beast works. You  punch in the code desired and hit perforate. The
desired, lighted,  programming buttons lock down (most of the bulbs are
out) and release when  the perforate button is hit. The power cord is
new - definitely not  original. The tops of the programming buttons are
missing their legends…  Sweet toy for anyone using paper tape.
