[GreenKeys] Riddle me this... If a TWX was installed in 1955 would it be a 15 or a 28?

I'd say a 15 is more likely, but at 28 is possible. Early on the military
was getting the entire productions of 28s, and I'm not sure when that
ended and civilian deliveries began. And since TWX is a telco service,
if the company had any machines already on hand they would most likely
be 15s. I woudn't imagine they would give the customer any choice,
since TWX was 60 wpm; they would hold any 28s for private line customers
wanting 100 wpm service, until they ran out of 15s. I'm pretty sure
15s were still being made in the mid 1950s because the Model 19 was
still in the catalog - the 28ASR wasn't born yet.
But this is all speculative.
They were also phasing out the 26s then or shortly before, so there would
have been some demand in the telco for 15s or 28s to replace the 26s.
