[GreenKeys] Need Help with ITTY and Autostart

Anyone:

Wondering if anyone can help me get ITTY, Autostart and National
working here in SC. Been trying for several years now, and it has
never worked.

Issue:

I have MMTTY downloaded on one computer. 

The screen comes up, looks good, etc......no problem there.
Mark: 2125
Shift: 170
BW: 100 (comes up automatically)
AV: 100 (comes up automatically)

Problem:

I can hear the TTY audio fine -- loud and clear.

I cannot receive any legible text on the screen whatsoever.
All I get is constant garble.

Anyone have any ideas as to how this works or how I can 
get it to print?
