Well, it's been a while since I sent my last email, but Jerry ask me to stop.  He said he would let you know how he is doing‼ I know he has been in touch with some of you, so you know he has not been progressing very well.
But, hopefully, that will turn around soon.  He had a shunt placed yesterday to relieve the pressure on his brain.  We're hoping that the excess fluid was causing some of his problems.
He is at Memorial Hsp. in ICU.  Originally, they said it would be an overnight stay, but I'll know more as the day progresses.  I know they are going to recommend inpatient physical therapy but I know he will be resistant to that,  He thinks he can come home and the surgery will "fix" it all, maybe with some outpatient therapy.
