[GreenKeys] ( OT but telecom) does anyone have access to pac tel journals?

pac tel and tel TV phone shoed in some deaf lit. 1958 does anyone have  
access to pac tel journals?  
need more info on this ...there was reportage of a tv phone system I have  
some pix of it.. need more data before I turn the section lose on the  world!
