Looks pretty much like a M15KSR...  earlier designation was TG-7B
Take a look on Nick England's site (below), he probably has a manual  
stored there.
I have a paper manual I could send you if you pay for the postage.
HOWEVER,  I do not know of any differences between the earlier and  
later models.
