 and   the manual is  great too... apparently there are  2  versions of 
these
one is   cable code and  one is  contental.. I will  have to see  which I

BTW it runs on 115v DC  @ 3A or so  - I hooked up a variac to a bridge
rectifier and capacitor  to power mine
