[GreenKeys] ITTY Computer Failure

This afternoon we lost COM Port 1 on the ITTY Broadcast Computer.

The  DTR was noted to be dropping between stories, interrupting 
audio carrier between news items.

After a couple of restarts there was no carrier control and no TXD 
data transmittion into the ST-8000A.

A quick reconfiguration to use COMPORT 2 in the same computer 
brought the system back up to normal operation.

We use Dell GX 150 desktop machines, and this is particular computer 
was surplussed by Boeing about ten years ago, and has lived a happy 
life since coming to ITTY.

We are in the process of reducing the size of the ITTY Complex to 
one six foot rack, the commissioning of which will be noted by a 
burial at sea of this stalwart yet aged unit in the near future.
