Roy,

There is a lot of range in the TTY selector system.  A "64wpm" machine 
would have no trouble reading 60 wpm, especially with strong (Internet) 
signals.  I have copied DDK, the 67wpm German weather station on 10.099 
Mc with no problems with a 60 wpm TTY.
