Since when does replacing an engineer with a hobbyist make sense?And how does a potential employer spin the fact they are willing toimperil a current employee's livelihood to someone less qualified?They don't value their role as an employer with responsibility to thework force, that's how. It's shameful how a once proud Americano longer cares for their elders.
