Very connected to teletypes and such equipment are the people. companies and 
quality attitudes which designed, repaired and otherwise dealt with those 
machines.  They didn't exist in a vacuum, it took tons of skill and talent to 
make them work and stay working.  They are marvels of technology and engineering 
and I think it is vitally important that we do not forget the attitudes and 
dedication of those people involved, and that includes a good number on this 
list.  So when those people say something and have opinions, agree or not, I 
listen and think about them and consider, for I still have much to learn.
