[GreenKeys] Need a clear image or diagram of an MDF

Hi all,
 
I have come to the conclusion that finding an authentic MDF or even components of such is increasingly impossible. Thus, I realize that I will have to fabricate one and paint it the proper WECO gray.
 
Does anyone have any clear plans or blue prints of such a thing? Photos are great, but need an explanation.
