[GreenKeys] URL's corrected for Available TTY Gear

The photos at:
http://www.w5jv.com/For_Sale_or_Trade/Teletype/
have been corrected so that the URL functionality is improved.  What Ilearned the hard way was that allowing a "space" in the name permitteddifferent brousers to translate that space differently.  Hence, people wouldreport "Sorry, but the picture would not open".  Thanks to Scott Neader ofQTH.NET for the help and suggestions on this.
