[GreenKeys] Casters for Model 28 equipment

in photo below  see how  thin that is... needs to be  if  the  caster top 
mates  with a solid piece under the tty.  ...now  on the ones that  do not 
have threads all the way up the stem as  the  one  you showed  with the  brake 
on it  yea... could   get a wrench in there or plyers.
