[GreenKeys] ASR-33 going crazy in local mode

Well, at long last I have finished cleaning and re-lubricating my ASR-33. I very carefully followed the manual's instructions for lubrication, using 5W-20 and white lithium grease where needed. During cleaning I removed the carriage assembly, platen assembly, clutch trip magnet, distributor disc, and motor.
Tonight I powered it up for the first time after re-assembly. Unfortunately, it is not a happy Teletype!
In local mode, it's printing a never-ending stream of:
11111111111111111111111111111111111111111111
When it reaches the end of the platen, it just sits there, typing "1" over and over on top of itself.
Hitting keys doesn't seem to have any effect on what's being printed.
I did NOT clean the keyboard, and it was working before, so I don't think that's the problem. The H-bar is in place. Did I knock something out of whack in the distributor or the clutch trip mechanism, maybe?
Where should I start looking first?
