I hope somebody drags it home...if I were local I'd do it in flash!

FWIW, if you come to dismantle it for transport, be aware that there is 
a /very handy table/ that swings out from underneath, from the footwell 
on pivots.  It is held up underneath by a spring-clamp that catches a 
screw (I think it's on the right).  Once you've released it, it's 
obvious how you lock it in place.  The table swings up in front of the 
cabinet and you can slide the machine out and off it's slides onto this 
table for maintenance or whatever.

And as you might imagine...the case is Very Heavy (hand-truck a must).

When you run it, if the carriage slams home because the dashpot is not 
absorbing energy, there's a leather washer inside the dashpot (on the 
plunger) that should be lubricated with Neat's Foot Oil (according WU 
mainteneance notes I have).
