The "W Gun Range Rd" part kinda gave it away for me  ;-)

Reminds me of when I was a kid and used to "mine" lead from shooting ranges in 
off hours.  It was so cheap back then that the owners always said "Sure, kid, go 
take as much as you can find."  My father would pick me up with my hundred 
pounds in buckets and just shake his head.
