Thank you for sharing. Please let us know if you can find anything
for the Western Electric KS7471 Grease which is also needed for
lubrication of Teletype machines.
I have a tube of it here, but finding it on the web would be easier
than sending the tube to a chemist.

P.S. In case you do not know the KS means Kearny Specification after
Kearny, New Jersey where the WECo Specs were written.

In conclusion, Starrett 1620 Tool and Instrument oil is almost
certainly the exact same thing. $6.94 per 4oz. bottle
Several other highly refined white mineral oils are every close
matches. Lubriplate FMO-AW 200, for example, is available for
about $139 for 5 gallons or $1,466.38 for a 55 gallon drum.
bulk discounts are nice, but I don't need that much.
