Hey Chris - 

That was me - they are all gone, unfortunately. I'm happy to give you the
schematic/layout and parts list with digikey part numbers if you like. There
was one unpopulated board left which I recently promised to a greenkeyer
to whom I owe an apology for having fallen behind on fulfilling...
