Thanks to the many people who responded to my request regarding access to
PDFs at the NIST.GOV website.
It seems that the problem is only with me, and appears likely to be a
Comcast problem. A trouble ticket has been initiated and my hope is that
this problem will be resolved in the next few days.
Thanks again to everyone's assistance with testing of this problem.
