I don't know whether such gears exist, but wouldn't you also need a
230V motor?  And one rated for 50 Hz operation.  A motor designed
solely for 60 Hz won't have enough iron for 50 Hz operation and will
overheat.  Or maybe you'd use a 230:115V stepdown transformer (also
rated for 50 Hz) for the whole machine.  Probably the various power
supply transformers in the machine are rated for 60 Hz only.  So maybe
an inverter is the easiest solution.
