[GreenKeys] ITTY help needed

Hody gang -

I can hear Greeenwich News (8040) OK, but Broadcast (8000) says not
available.
Autostart (8030) is idle.

I have tried sending test messages via rttymailer but nothing happens
beyond "message successfully stored".
Apologies in advance for test messages if they are coming out of the pipe
somewhere.
I am new to trying this and wanted something besides WLO's Gulf Weather to
demo TTY.
Advice for the newbie?
