[GreenKeys] Red Wilson's RTTY JOUNAL Backfile moves to SMECC's Library

Silent Key WB0ESF Ralph 'Red' Wilson,  who    for  eons  provided  back 
copy printing of RTTY  Journals  has his  master backfile  here at the  SMECC  
Library. We  did not personally  know him so am inviting any of  you to   
provide  some  writeup  on him...
 
Since we already had  collected some  RTTY Journals   we  will have  some  
overlap and duplicates  will be   available to swap off.
