Hey,

I know I've seen one of those somewhere. Could the plexiglass top be missing? Hmmmm, I'll have to turn this over in my head. 

By the way, it certainly looks new: except for where the identification plates have been removed; and the protective lacquer has rubbed off; and the shaft pivot holes have elongated.
