That's what I thought, Jim. I know Alf has an undulator in his museum, 
but I'm not sure if it can be made to work for filming purposes.

I've also seen one at the Bletchley park museum. (I think this photo 
shows one)

I see from the Wikipedia image that the telegram was in 5-figure groups 
of code and was typewritten. I presume that this was the final copy 
delivered in Mexico City. Was Western Union still using Morse to carry 
the message across the US in 1917? Would that have been a sounder or an 
undulator/ inker?
