[GreenKeys] Model 28/35 mainshaft doweling procedure

This is very similar to my experiences. I worked for, and loved,
Midstate Elevator Co. here in Syracuse. The big companies regarded
anyone who worked there for any time to be tainted and unmanagable. We
had some service managers who tried to use that against us, but with
standing invitations and constant job offers from two other companies,
I was able to ignore a lot of their rants. In the twenty three years I
worked there I endured, cursed, and survived seven service managers. I
got along well with them when they recognized the priority of safety and
quality over short term profit, and clashed furiously with them when
they tried to change from that model. The owners of the company
supported me fully, but asked me to try to "get along" with mangement
types so they could keep the position filled.
