[GreenKeys] ST-8000 / ST-8000A to teleprinter current loop interface.

I can speak only to the ST-8000A.  Input/ Output is Mil-188 or RS-232.
5,6,7,8 data bits is selectable with a dip switch.  I use mine with the HAL
terminal software.  Just interface the I/O to a RS-232 Com Port on a PC and
away you go if you use HAL's software.  Not sure if a USB to RS-232
converter will work.  My experience with such devices is not good.  Its why
I keep my old Dell laptop, which has a com port, just for such purposes.
