That's not a transmitter,

Collins 821A: 250KW (1000KW PEP) output

Both the output amp and the modulator used a pair of 4CV100000C vapor 
phase cooled tubes - 95 pounds apiece.  (unfortunately they are 
metal/ceramic, so you can't see the filament glow.)

This transmitter, and the control console (that controlled ten VOA 
transmitters) will be on display at the AWA Museum in bllomfield, NY, 
starting in August, 2015.
