Looks like some sort of (Army?) tactical computer, with the Mite 
AN/TGC-14 as the text I/O device.  The Mite printer puts the time frame 
in the early to mid 1960's.

Howdy folks - any ID on the gear in this photo?
This was posted on another list, but no one there knew.
It ain't Navy, so I don't have a clue other than seeing a tape reader on 
the left and a Mite printer on the right.
