[GreenKeys] 180502 Model 32/33 Hammer Heads

OK Folks,

My wife has an email and PayPal account setup and can begin processing orders for the 180502 hammer heads.

They are packaged 10 for $7.00 plus shipping.  Please use the "Send money to a friend" option in PayPal to avoid unnecessary fees.  This is NOT a business - we are doing this a service to the TTY community.

Step 1 - Send a request to RetroParts at yahoo.com indicating how many sets of 10 ea. you would like.  Please indicate how you would like them shipped and if you would like First Class or Priority Shipping.  Include your shipping address!

Step 2 - Danielle will reply to your request with the total for the parts and shipping.

Step 3 - Send payment to RetroParts at yahoo.com via PayPal.

Step 4 - The XYL will then mail off your parts.

If you are not happy with the parts, send them back for a full refund or replacement...and please be gentle with my wife while she figures out exactly how to do this.

Cleaning!  The hammers need to be completely free and clear of any and ALL residual material from a previous hammer head.  You can use a string soaked in solvent along with a tool such as a dental explorer to remove residual "goo" - note the email from Wayne (Teletypeparts) fore more details and the attached photo.  When the part is installed correctly (see photo), the sides will not bulge out and there is no gap between the part and the hammer frame.

I shot 5,000 pcs for the initial production run and we have a permanent 50-cavity steel tool - so parts should be available from now on as these parts do wear out over time.

Coming soon:  Foam Pads, Aluminum Faceplates, SS LF Upstop, Paper Window, Chad Box & I still have hopes on the KS-7470 oil.
