[GreenKeys] HAL ST-6000

I purchased an ST-6000 and cannot get the loop to work with my model 28. I
hooked it up to the loop connector, but the machine runs open. I checked and
I do have the correct loop voltage. If I ground the return line from the 28
the selector magnets close. Am I missing a jumper or something on the 6 pin
connector?

 

My ST-6 works just fine with the 28.
