[GreenKeys] CFH Halifax with 75/850 RATT

CFH's WEFAX/RTTY METAR HF broadcasts were discontinued and went 
primarily to satellite several years ago, but they retained the HF 
capability as a backup.  CFH can be heard sporadically on the old HF 
frequencies, I assume to "exercise" the HF system, or if the satcom 
broadcast is having problems.

HF conditions are somewhat disturbed today, with SF=122 and A index of 
22, so propagation may be inconsistent.  I have the advantage of a 12 
element log periodic antenna and a coastal QTH, which helps tremendously.
