I may be able to help as I'm near Philly but that would be limited to 
phone calls.  Its been a while since I used a 28 but I should be able to 
help with the basic hook up.  If the problem is with the 28, he's on his 
own.

Received a call from a guy near Philly that has an m28 KSR, ST-6 and a good
SW receiver that he'd like to set up. He is a TTY neophyte and will need 
some
local assistance. Mostly hooking up his m28 to the ST-6. Here's the 
kicker....he
does not have a computer or any interest in the internet. I did tell him 
about iTTY
and he said once he has a working TTY setup he might get a computer for 
that.
Anyone able to help?
