If he did, then I really need to  get my butt in gear. I have the inbound 
working, and routing out to a  tu/modem. Last step is to encode the audio 
signal at low bandwidth and  transmit out.  This is where I am stuck at the 
moment. George and I  discussed how to get that last part working.  Basically 
when George  originally set it up, broadcasting over the Internet was just 
beginning (he  was a pioneer). I need to get the encoding and broadcasting 
software from  George because it is not available any longer. There are plenty 
of commercial  solutions for $$$, but we don't want to go there, plus they 
encode at high bit  rates and we'd all order a lower bandwidth (rtty does not 
need a high bit rate  as it is only two tones). I might have to look at a 
Linux approach if I can't  get it working on windows.
