did you reform the power supply caps first!?

a key benchmark.
Yesterday, we turned it on for the first time. Lights came on
on the front panel, but our focus was checking voltage levels
on all the supply busses. This machine has not seen power since
1980, and it was probably only under power occasionally after
1975.
